The Word Forest Organistation was founded by Tracey and Simon West who were previously book publishers, with the inspiration for the Charity stating from an adult Literacy Competition that inspired the Charity to form and work with communities in Kenya.
They now manage the Charity from their offices in Lyme Regis and are passionate environmentalists and committed vegans.
The Phat Pasty Company supply HC3S with a number of menu items incorporated within the Primary School and Secondary Schools menus. These include a Plant based and vegan friendly Mexican Bean Roll. For each Mexican Bean Roll eaten in schools, Phat also make a donation to their Charity.
